The front of the bus has a foldable rack. Grab the top and pull it down. It will flip down towards you, so you may need to take a step back to give it room to flip down all the way. This rack has room for two bikes. Each bike gets placed in a horizontal slot in the rack. As you face the front of the bus, life the bike up and onto the rack, with the bike perpendicular to the front of the bus. Slot the bike's wheels into the horizontal slot. Repeat this for a second bike, if loading a second bike. It is possible there already a bike on the rack. In this case, load yours in the empty slot.
